Why the word develop is wrong?
I think it also has the meaning as build.

Semantically, we normally consider ideas as developed rather than built-- it is a matter of usual collocation.

Developed is also grammatically right here, Strawberry Girl, while built is wrong because develop can be used in both an active and a passive voice, but built can sensibly appear only as passive.

Hi Strawberry,

Develop is one of those versatile verbs that can be both transitive and intransitive as in:

They have developed a successful business (transitive)

The business has developed massively since it started (intransitive)

Build on the other hand has to have an object (transitive only) and there is no object in my sentence:
"Planning a Business", answer 10
