Hi,
To improve my english, is it necessary to learn jargon , because when i talk with people, listen to music or watch tv shows i can't understand it, and it's frequently used. what can do?

Good evening Cate.Unfortunately jargon and slang is unavoidable, even in your own country no doubt.
You don't have to learn it. It will find you, and force itself upon you. Take care.
