Prov. If someone does something nasty to you, that person may feel satisfaction, but you will feel even more satisfaction if you get revenge on that person. Joe pulled a dirty trick on me, but I'll get him back. He who laughs last, laughs best.

Thanks for the reply but what is the meaning of this Proverb. . .I have got the clue in what sort of situation we can use this proverb but what exactly the meaning of this proverb is. please reply.
