'Betcha' is a slang. It means, if I remember right, a sort of challenging. I think, this is a corrupted version of 'I bet' or 'I bet you.'

You should find this useful to understand the meaning.

This word is part of a colloquial expression that goes: You bet your sweet life and in its contracted form becomes: You betcha used more commonly in American English. It is used as an expression of certainty and mean: Yes, you're absolutely right about that.
