It is difficult to be sure what you don't understand, because you have made several errors. It should read:

"I have had a bad cold for the last two days.
We have had the first round. (I don't know what you mean here by 'round', but I will accept the statement.)
Bihabha has received his postgraduate degree in India.

Please let me know which tense is this. What does the combination of "Has/have + had" suggest? Please illustrate fully with some examples."

'Had' here (like 'received') is the past participle of the verb 'have', and it performs just like any other past participle with 'have/has/had' to form the present perfect and past perfect verb aspects:

Have/has/had gone
Have/has/had received
Have/has/had had
.

There is also future perfect: 'will have gone/received/had'. The uses of the perfect aspects are too broad to examine here, but you can start by reading HERE and HERE.
