I need help in properly formatting a name. I have to show the last name first followed by any/all of: first, middle and a possible suffix. If the person's name is Evan D. Panas Sr. since I have to list the person' last name first would it be

Panas D. Sr., Evan?

HELP!

Thank you for the suggestion. Does the first name get a period after it "Panas, Evan. D. Snr." or is it like this "Panas, Evan D. Snr."

Thank you,

Evan
