Pausing during Pimsleur lessons #1 (permalink) Mon Aug 31, 2009 23:32 pm   Pausing during Pimsleur lessons

is pausing during an audio lesson considered cheating? i never pause more than a few seconds and its because i cant always keep up. i feel like if i cant keep up i need to redo the lesson. but i find myself having to pause even when reviewing the first couple lessons and i can easily go over all the material ive learned in my head.

right now im doing german lesson 1 and im only on the 6th unit. also does anyone know when a good time to stop lessons to switch to another language would be. im really anxious to learn swedish and i dont want to wait to get through all 3 german lessons. i was planning on finishing up lesson 1 (about 30 units) and then switch.

any helpful feedback would be much appreciated.
