Hi ahn,
What you can do is select a number of reading resources. For example, magazines and newspapers that contain interesting articles. You should read one article per day to improve your reading comprehension. The same holds true for your listening comprehension. Watch BBC or CNN on a regular basis. Take notes, write down keywords that appear in each programme. If you want to improve your writing skills you can exchange emails with English speakers. There are many more things you can do to prepare for the TOEFL but the most important ingredient is continuity and consistency.
