You'll have to put them into sentences, Samira. The words have several meanings and uses, and I am not sure what confuses you.

Hi Mister Micawber,

I don't know when I use So Or too. for example:
These shoes are too small for her.
These shoes are so small for her.
In this situation I don't know which one is correct.

'Too' means she can't get her feet into the shoes.
'So' is casual English for 'very' and means that the shoes are tight, but she can get her feet into them.
