Hello everybody, I've just come across this job description and I'd like to know the meaning of the combination 'vacation ownership': A sales job in vacation ownership isn't for everyone! Not everyone is ambitious and motivated. Not everyone is willing to work hard and reap the financial benefits. Not everyone has the personality that allows them to stand out from the crowd.

It is like time-sharing-- purchasing a resort home for only a small portion of the year. There are many websites, such as http://marriott.com/corporateinfo/vacationownership.mi?WT_Ref=MI_Home
