Hi Urtecodyl,
I think I'm a fairly good listener. If you post a recorded message, I promise that I'll listen to it.
So, tell me about yourself?
Tom

Hi Arne. How are you? It took me so long to reply to you. It's a pleasure hear from you. Sorry, but I'm not speak English. I'm trying to learn it by myselfe, and it's very hard too. In fact, Portuguese language is very difficult compared with English. As Denmark, I know too little about it, but I belive to be much different really. Tell me about stranger history that you spoke!!! See you. Cheers. |

Hi John!
It was really nice to hear from you. You know? Because I do not speak very much Portuguese, I don’t have contact to many people here in Curitiba. Actually I have more than one strange story to tell you. The first one comes here: About 6 years ago I became sick and I had to stay home from my job. I sat a lot with the computer and communicated with many people around the world. Suddenly Tânia from Curitiba came up. After some months she invited me to come to Brazil and we had 2 nice weeks together. I became crazy for Brazil and went back to Denmark where I sold all my things and came back to Tânia. We tried to start a company here with TV production, but it was hopeless. After 9 months I decided to go back to Denmark to start the process to have my pension before time. It was a hard time and took me 9 months. Again I came to Curitiba and Tânia, her daughter and I rented a house from her uncle. Tânia helped me to get a permanent VISA so I could stay here legally. Unfortunately Tânias daughter quickly became a big problem for me and Tânia and I had to separate. Then I lived alone for about one year and met Emilia who I live with now in Aqua Verde. She is a wonderful person and I am sure that she will be the last woman in my life. While I lived with Tânia, she called a family here in Curitiba with the same family name as mine; Rasmussen. I think it was strange to find that here and Tânia and I visited them. They told us a very strange story why they live here and we made a film about them. Later the film was showed in the Danish television. It is about a little boy Peter who disappeared from Denmark for more than 150 years ago. I hope I can show you the film one day. I have a copy with Portuguese subtitles. Tânias English was very good so I really didn’t learn very mush Portuguese those years with her. Luckily Emilia does not speak English, so now I learn Portuguese faster! I love to live here but I have to confess that everything here gores extremely slowly compare to my country. It is really a challenge for me to get use to. You wrote that you don’t speak much English, but you write very well. That was all from now, and I hope to hear from you again! See you. Cheers. |
