Hi all,

Could you tell me if there is any difference in the meaning between
the following sentences:

A: The funny video made me feel happy.
B: The funny video made me happy.

Thank you .

Kitty

It made me happy or it made me feel happy #2 (permalink) Wed Sep 02, 2009 19:58 pm   It made me happy or it made me feel happy

Hi Kitty,

'Made me feel happy' suggests that it gave you a lasting sense of happiness. 'Made me happy' suggests that it cheered me up - put me in a good mood.
