I have read the Obama speech when he was in Ghana. Along the the speech i saw a expression which I didn't find the meaning. The expression is "Time and again". Can someone tell me the meaning of this expression?

Hi Tomasito,

You read Alan's answer to your question here: Time and again.

Regards,
Torsten
PS: Please note that it's 'an expression' not 'a expression'.

Thank you Tosten to your answer. Now I'm sure about the meaning of Time and again. I didn't pay attention on the article I used. One more time, thank you.
