Hello everyone,

I'd like to ask about the meaning of "attitudes" in the following context:

Many people suffer from mental disorders and other blockages of the mind. These conditions include lack of confidence, mental confusion, lack of clarity and concentration, holding mind-sets, attitudes, and beliefs that are not beneficial, ego, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), and more serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.

Does "holding mind-sets" means that a person is very closed and unsociable and closed-mothed?

Does "attitudes" means that a persons feels very hostile to the ppeople and things in his/her environment?

I think you understood the concepts and meaning of those two terms pretty well.
