On my country, we have many good things like the natural resources, but sadly I can’t say the same about the opportunities to study and work.
I think that a master on a first class University, like Manitoba will be an excellent opportunity to learn about computer science and finally to implement this in my country.
In the next paragraphs I will describe some examples that demonstrate why I can help to my country.
The computer science has become on the most important factors in the social life of any country in the world. From the richest countries like England to the poorest like my country, Paraguay was the computer science the crucial factor to improve the education of the children. With better notebooks on our schools, we will have better professionals in the future.
In Manitoba University I can learn about techniques to improve both the software and the hardware of notebooks and computer servers. This will permit to have better computer labs, with less money, and using the electricity in the most efficient form.

Another option to have more computer labs on schools is the recycle old computers from companies. This old computers usually are pull on the garbage, making a big problem for the planet. The Recycling of computers is an excellent way to improve both the education and the ecological environment. Sadly, there is not a study on this solution yet.
In conclusion, with better knowledge in computer science, there are a lot of good things that I can do for my country, and the best place to acquire the knowledge is in Manitoba University.
