Hello again my friends. I read an article the other day and there was the following phrase: Don't get thrown for a loop! What does this phrase mean? Is it something like Don't get trapped? Thank for all your explanations.

Hello Mr. Micawber! Thank you for your explanation. The interesting thing is that I had asked my new friends here in Canada about this particular phrase and all of them told me something but none has been able to give me a simple definition like you.
