Hi,
That doesn't sound natural to me. I would suggest: 'even though I have no experience in these matters'.

Hello Esac
It's absolutely correct, exactly as you have written it. However, it is seen as 'slightly formal' (Dictionary of American Idioms). It's the sort of language you see in letters from banks and insurance companies, and sounds a bit old fashioned, hence Alan's comments above. It's in very common usage in the US, and is similar to 'in reference to'. |

| I think it's fine if it's written. Or you could try 'in this area' or use what Alan suggested -depends on the context really. |
