Good GRE® Score (min.)?

Hi,

I have done B.Tech in Information Tech. (79%) and I have 3+ years of Job exp in a leading Indian IT company. What will be a good score(min.) to get into CMU(or any other top univ) -MS- Management Information Systems program? I haven't yet started any kind of serious preparations. Embarassed

Your GRE score should be 1500+ for getting into the top universities.
Engineering program requires 780-800 score for top universities.

I think 1100 is good enough for a candidate to be confident to apply. More than 1100 like 1200 is the best score in GRE

hi bilal.. if you think even 1200 can do for any top universities then just forget it.. you need at least 1400 score for targeting confidently to the top universities..
1100 - 1200 are common gre scores, many ppl get in this score range..
