Sentence: I used a marketing strategy called the Joel's method before. #1 (permalink) Mon Sep 14, 2009 22:32 pm   Sentence: I used a marketing strategy called the Joel's method before.

- These are classical Aikuzo questions
- There are Walmart stores in most cities
- I used a marketing strategy called the Joel's method before.

Oh... in case it's called "The Joel's method" instead of just "Joel's method.... can I just write it as:

- "I used a marketing strategy called The Joel's method."?

Are there any errors here?

Hi Aikuzo

It seems OK, but if it's all part of the name you may need to capitalise 'method', so: "I used a marketing strategy called The Joel's Method." If 'The' is not part of the name you can leave it out.

It is more likely that it would be called "The Joel Method".

Please don't pull out all the stops! Please slow it down!
I'm pretty sure that the end of the day, you'll be like me whom has been incapacitated by delusional inferiority complexes, whereas I have not yet been able to figure the purposes for studying English out.
