GRE® After 4 years expience in the same (CS) field?

Hi,
This is the very first time i am posting somthing in this forum, infact today itself i resistered my self here.

first of all i would say:
1) i have done B.E in I.T. with 73%.
2) i am having 3 yrs exp. in a reputated I.T. Firm.
3) Here i m working as a Oracle DBA, i have done my Oracle certifications also(OCP).
4)Now, I am planning for MS and want to go for 2011 Fall session.
5)Till That Time i will be having 4 yrs. exp.
6) I know i can score around 1300 to 1380.

One more thing, i would like to add here..i don't have any problem like age(Still 23), Home sickness.
Please help me in this regard. will there be any benefit of 4 exp. of same field Like any Financial assistance, or in Getting job there.??
