Haste makes waste

This is my last essay before my test, i would appreciate any comments and ideas. Thank you in advance.

Today we live in a world in which we rush to get many things done. Either rushing to get to school, work, or simply by doing things as fast as possible just to get it done, without thinking about the problems that can arise later on. Haste makes waste in different ways, not just when we want to get somewhere, but in the way we live our lives. The things that have one time use end up as a waste, when there are many of the same type that can be used more than once, and contribute to a cleaner planet. Unfortunately, not everyone likes the thought of it, since time is more important.

In our daily lives the expression “ haste makes waste” can be seen in many of the activities we do. One example of this could be that many of us are in some occasions in a rush to get somewhere .Then we drive our cars fast and at times carelessly, this can have devastated consequences like accidents. First of all and due to our hurry we put our lives, and the lives of others at risk. Then it comes the waste of having to spend extra money to fix our car and the car of those involved. Most likely our insurance payment will also increase, and this is an unnecessary waste. Another example can be seen in young students, who sometimes get their homework done fast to watch their favorite programs, or go out with friends. As a result of their precipitation they don't do their homework right and make a lot of mistakes, or simple when having a test they try to get it done quick and end up with bad grades.

Also the disposal of products contributes to waste in a large scale. The rush of getting things done fast creates a lot of waste and as a result, it is destroying our home, Earth. For instance, all the paper plates, cups, and plastic packages that are use in a daily basis which increases the amount of waste in our homes. In addition, to all the other things that we use once and then throw it away. Nowadays, people choose to use them because they represent an easy, and faster way. It is more convenient to use a plastic plate and then throw it away, than having to wash one after it has been used. We are so busy thinking on how to get things done quickly that we forget about the most important things in our lives, and that is to protect and care for our environment, so that our children and grandchildren will able to enjoy this beautiful planet.

In other words, there are many ways in our lives to make waste. Some have an impact in our environment and others in our personal lives. Doing things too quickly can have many consequences and those mistakes can end up being very costly. It is best to slow down, think and do things more carefully, it may take a little more time to get things done, but the result will be more positive. Rather than getting things done fast and have an undesirable outcome. By doing things in a rush we end up using more time and money. Therefore, we should try to live a life in which “Haste do not make waste .”

Today we live in a world in which we rush to get many things done.
Either rushing to get to school, work, or simply by doing things as quickly as possible just to get it done, without thinking about the problems that can arise later on.

Haste makes waste in different ways, not just when we want to get somewhere, but in the way we live our lives.
The items that have "one time use" end up as a waste, when there are many of the same type of item that can be used more than once, and contribute to a cleaner planet. Unfortunately, not everyone likes the thought of using them, since the conservation of time is more important in their busy lives..

In our daily lives the expression “ haste makes waste” can be reflected in many of the activities we perform. One example of this could be that many of us are on some occasions in a rush to get somewhere. Then we drive our cars fast and at times carelessly.
This can have devastating consequences and lead to accidents.

First of all and due to our hurry, we put our lives, and the lives of others at risk.
Then comes the waste of having to spend extra money to fix our car and the car of others involved.
Most likely our insurance payment will also be increased, and this is an unnecessary waste.
Another example can be seen in young students, who attempt to get their homework finished quickly so that they can watch their favorite programs, or go out with friends. As a result of their precipitation they don't do their homework well and make a lot of mistakes, or simply when having a test they try to get it done quickly and end up with bad grades.

Also the disposal of products contributes to waste on a large scale. The rush to get things done quickly creates a lot of waste, and as a result it is destroying our home, Earth.
For instance, all the paper plates, cups, and plastic packages that are used daily increase the amount of waste in our homes.
This is in addition to all of the other things that we use once and then throw away.

Nowadays, people choose to use them because they represent an easy, and faster way. It is more convenient to use a plastic plate and then throw it away, than having to wash a china one after it has been used.
We are so busy thinking on how to get things done quickly that we forget about the most important thing in our lives, and that is to protect and care for our environment, so that our children and grandchildren will able to enjoy this beautiful planet.

In other words, there are many ways in our lives to avoid making waste.
Some have an impact on our environment and others on our personal lives.
Doing things too quickly can result in dire consequences, and those mistakes can end up being very costly.
It is better to slow down, think and do things more carefully.
It may take a little more time to get things done, but the results will be more positive, rather than getting things done quickly and having an undesirable outcome.
By doing things in a rush we end up wasting time and money.
Therefore, we should try to live a life in which “Haste do not make waste .”

Good morning Yamilet. The alterations that I have made will be evident to you.

I don't like this essay. Not because you haven't made a good job of it, simply because it is a waste of your talent ...................... anyway, I wish you every success with your exam, I'm rooting for you.

Bill.

:) Yamilet, I do appreciate the effort you have made to complete this essay, but your talents at writing are being stilted by having to write these kinds of subjects.

It really boggles my mind to try to understand where our "educationalists" find such topics for students to write about.

Hopefully the exercise will be of some benefit to you, but I fail to see how.

However, after you pass your exam,(and I'm certain that you will) I hope you will continue to frequent the Forum, and not disappear like so many before you.

Bill.
