Independence is the thing that many young adults want nowadays from their parent as soon as possible. Meanwhile, there are some of them would prefer to live with their families for a long time. Which of these are my preference? Personally, I would rather opt the young adults to live by themselves as soon as possible due to couple of reasons.

One of the reasons is that they will be more independent and able to make decision on their own. They have to experience everything by themselves in order to know and fathom what is the real situation of life is all about. It is because, experience teaches the fool. For instance, in life, sometimes still there are several numbers of them that still rely on their families to make decision because families are the biggest influence in life. So, if they live by their own, they will learn about how to make a wise decision and will not prevail by anybody. Thus, these are the reasons why I choose this option.

In addition, the situation will beneficial to young adults because they will have their freedom to do whatever they want. For exemplication , they will have their full authority about how to spend their own time and befriended with anyone they want. They can manage their own time for studies and at the same time have some entertainments without having to ask permission from parents. Hence, they will be more punctual and more aware in managing their own time.

However, there are several advantages for young adults who live with their families. One is the strong bond between their family and themselves will be build. Their relationship will become closer and it will prevent them to social problem. For example, smoking and drug abuse. Their families will pay more extra attention to them and they will never have a chance to do those things compare to if they are away from family. By these examples, it clearly shows why I choose to agree with this situation.

In summary, I strongly adhere to the stand that it is more crucial that young adults to get their independence from their parents as soon as possible. I strongly disagree with outmoded negative views that says living away from family will bring bad impact to them. I believe it will help young adults to achieve get great achievement in their life.
