Shopping Cart Solution (to be hosted on own domain)?

Hi, we are looking for a system that allows us to sell our products from our own domain. We have been using 2Checkout since 2006 and have been quite happy with them. However, we now want a system that can be hosted on our own domain which is not possible with 2Checkout.

So we are looking for something like Google Checkout or aspdotnetstorefront. At any rate, the system should have a shopping cart that allows buyers to purchase one or several items in one session. The system should accept and process all major credit cards, PayPal and if possible bank transfer. In addition, the system must be absolutely SE, especially Google friendly.

Also, what do you think of open source solutions such as Magento? Are they a good alternative to 2Checkout?

We are currently looking at aspdotnetstorefront and so far, we like what we see. Any suggestions?
