I agree with Morteza that first sentence is not correct, or at least very odd.
The last clause "then..." is not correct itself, and does not fit the rest of either sentence. Here is what I think you may have intended.
"Welcome to this website. But it is still under development and has not been advertised anywhere yet; so how did you find it?"
Or:
"Welcome to xxxxx (name of website)! It is surprising that you should have found it, since this website is still under development and has not yet been advertised anywhere. Do come back when it has been finished!" |
