None of my dictionaries has never demonstrated the nounal form of the adjectival lexicon 'unstinting' so far.

Does English have it?

A lexicon is a book. I suggest that you use simpler words, like 'word'. I could use 'unstintingness' in a sentence without feeling too self-conscious about it.
