It is one of the biggest achievements to crate something by your own. Today, in time of the global financial crises entrepreneurship is related to many problems, nevertheless I prefer to carry out own business rather than work for some one else. I personally believe, that own business is more profitable, enjoyable and stable than employment.
When you run a business your income and success are up to your efforts. You dont have to wait for a step-by-step promotion and salary increase, as it is common in most companies. Clever business man has more chances to be successful than employee of the same inteligence. In most companies there is a fixed maximum salary and you will never get more unless you change your job. However, income from business is unlimited. It does not depend on factors such as overtime work or new company policy providing better salary increase scale. Here is everything in your hand. Own business is also a key element for stability in life. For example, even if you are working hard, you may loose you job because of reorganization or liquidation of a company you work for. Undoubtedly, in business exists also a risk of bankruptcy but here you will now about it earlier as it is in case of employment, so you will have more time to adjust your plans correspondingly. Moreover, having a business is much more enjoyable. In opposed to a job, where one has to hold numerous fast rules, in business is more free space for creativity. You may implement all your fantasy and ideas in reality and be more self-realized consequently.
To summarize, I give a preference to an enteprenuership rather to an emplyement, because in my view, it is always better to be a capitan than a ships boy. Own business provides unlimited income, is creative process and a guarantee for stability.
