I do know that we basically have to capitalize the initial characters of the names of the Western cartoon characters, such as 'Micky Mouse'.

But, I don't know when it comes to all the names of the Eastern cartoon characters. Should we capitalize the initial letters of them, such as Goku in the Japanese prominent cartoon 'Dragon Balls'?

We capitalize the names of all cartoon characters. It's a rule for all names.
