hello eveyone, I hope you're doing well,
I found in a book that TH is pronounced V, for example THE is said VE, I also hear some english people pronouncing it like that, is that correct? Or I just misunderstand.

Hi Cate,

I assume you mean when 'th' is in the middle of a word like 'mother' or at the end of a word like 'with'? If you sound the 'th' like that, you aren't speaking English in what is called received pronunciation.

CERES is the name of the smallest planet in the solar system, I bet you're from there :lol:
it's also a city in California but you already said that you're not from there.
