I'd like to know if I can say "Do you ever forget to walk with the dog?" instead of "Do you ever forget to walk the dog?"

"Walk the dog" generally means to take the dog out so that he can relieve himself (urinate or defecate).

"Walk with your dog" could mean that, or it could mean that you are simply out for exercise for yourself and your dog.
