if i want to teach my students how to pronounce this sentence: "i'm getting used to living in Tripoli" where's the primary stress in it? and is it different if we have american or british accent? what are the problems in pronounciation that students may have? thanks a lot!

This coat fits me, but it doesn't suit me. By the way, you need to improve your spelling. The word 'u' does not exist in English.
