Really I need your help ... My TOEFL® test will be in 14 Nov.

Dear all;
I hope everything is okay with all of you .

I`m a physiotherapist and I`ve applied for Master scholarship which requiered TOEFL with score of 550 min.

I`m arabian from gaza in palestine and I didn`t use an english language alot in my life, but at now i try to use it.

I have a big problem with listening especiallly i don`t have a good vocabulary, My studying in university was in english but we adapt with a medical words.

If you have any plan for me to be very good through this short period please i need it.

Nowadays I have nothing to do especially preparing for the test, so approximatly I have 8 free hours daily..... although all of that i`m afraid of can`t get a requiered scores ...

Just push yourself harder, go to the official toefl site, practice it oniline, listen to the toefl podcast and you will be well-prepared.
