Countries should not isolate themselves from the world but instead engage other countries.

The question being asked is if countries should cooperate with other countries instead of isolating themselves. Really this topic is very interesting and immense important in this modern world where communication plays a vital role in everyday life. By being friendly with the rest of the world, countries can gain many benefits like healthy environment, economic, peace and safety as they all depends on each other. Despite their independence in matters, the UN convened a World Summit that brought together the heads of most member states. So I would believe countries should engage with each other.

Firstly, no matter what each country are doing independently for own progress but they should work together to on the global warming. The threat from climate change is serious. Every country should determine to act as it urgent and time is running out. We all know that we can not do anything alone so every country should come together under one umbrella. Imagine the life of people of country where lots of population and sever weather condition. Every person will be unhealthy there. The people will not have the peace of mind to do any activities like study or do business as health is everything. So in order to lead the nation on the path of prosperity it is very essential to work on the global warming and keep better relations with every nation around the world.

In addition, I strongly believe that good relationship with other countries plays very definitive role in the economic stability of the world. Countries like to trade with the other countries which respect their values and cultures. For example, my country is rich in cotton and wheat, so if they isolate themselves from the rest of the world and do not be in touch with others, they won’t be able to trade in their commodities with them. The end result would be loss of business and development. However, if they have good relations, they can do business in order to make their country economically strong and competitive with the rest of the world.

Lastly, all countries can make the world better place to live and safer for everyone by being friendly with their neighboring countries as well as other nations. People will be able to visit other countries easily with peace of mind as tourism has significant economic impact. We can not afford to forget 9/11 horrible incident or the war between Iran and Afghanistan. What do we gain from all this except devastating loss. Imagine the life of people of countries who are enemies to each other. The fear of terror attack and threat of war can be disturbing and will affect everyone in number of ways. Example it will affect them emotionally as well as financially. There will be lots of poor people in the same country, where country is spending money for nuclear weapons. So In order to lead in progress path every country should work in harmony and keep good relation with others.

In conclusion good relations are part and parcel of success for any country. It is very essential for countries to work in friendly atmosphere with the rest of the world in order to make better place for everyone.
