How can I reply to an article published in this forum?

Hi, this is Urs. I've just read articles written by Elena Nossal, regarding the differenences in mentality between American and Russian people. I was pleased with the richness in language and thougts of Elena's answers. Is there a possibility to post a reply to someone, who has published an article? I couldn't find a way to do that, there was no such button... thank you for your help!
