Hello everyone,

I'd like to ask about the meaning of "just" in the following context:

Inhale deeply. At the same time, visualize rainbow light moving from your kidneys down to just in front of your tailbone, through three invisible energy holes to your spinal canal, and then up your entire spinal cord to your neck.

Does it mean "exactly" in this case?

Hi KLPNO,

I'd say that it means directly or immediately in this context. The idea here is in front of and very close to the tailbone.

Look at definition 2b for the adverb just here:
