Topic:Every generation of people is different in important ways. How is your generation different from your parents' generation

The topic under discussion is how generation's changes with time,how younger generation's are different in important ways.With ever increasing in scientific and technology advancements,the way of life has also changed by great proportions.
So as the pace of change is increased the learning capability of today's generation has also increased.In the following paragraphs i will quote examples how today's generation is different from parent's generation.

First differnece is usage of computer and social networking through internet.Ever since computer's began to rule the world,today's generation has also adapted to changes.Most of them use social networking for making friends.This is in contrast with parent's generation where people used to make friends by meeting them face to face.Today's generation even small kids know how to use computer where as most of our parent's still don't know how to use computers.

Second difference is awareness and proactiveness.Today's generation are very proactive and they keep track of things going around them.This might be partly beacuse today's generation are getting jobs and being exposed to global environment at much younger age,.One example to quote is during times of recession most of them stopped taking home loans from banks,started investing in short term mutual funds where returns would come early.There are also cases like withdrawal of PF upon loosing the job. All these things were missing in our parent's generation.

Finally i think mindset of people has also been changed with years.Today's gen X is more open minded than our parent's generation.But the most important point to note is each generation is different in its own ways and the things they do are important in their own ways.
