hello,
please, could you tell me what is the correct sentence :
I say " I don't have........."
Or I say " i haven't........."
and if the both are correct what is the different between them?
I will be happy if you answer me.

Depends on context. When "have" is an auxiliary verb, echo it in your negation or question; when it is not, don't. The exception is when it is used in the sense "possess": it may be echoed, but this is not compulsory. Echoing it thus is a bit old fashioned.

To me, saying "I don't have enough money" and "I haven't enough money" are mostly the same! In this case, "haven't" is British English and "don't have" is American English, Am I correct?

In Great Britain you will also hear: "I haven't got any money" or "I have no money" or "I'm broke".
