Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Children should help with task around the house from a very young age. Use specifies reasons and examples to support your positions.

Preparing our children to be responsible adult is one of our main objectives as parents. Personally, I am more inclined towards a child should help with task around the house from very young age. As the child learn everything from the day one of their life. Then why not they can take part in some house hold chores .Almost everyone in a home can help out with household task with trick is to match expectations with abilities. Simply it is just a passing on a set of life skills that our child will need in their adult lives. We can help our child to develop a sprit of appreciation and respect for others.

Firstly when we teach our children to responsibly take care of their belongings, we help them to learn appreciate the thing they have. To tell them to take care of their toys and keep it at appropriate place after playing with them gives us opportunity to serve our dual purpose. We cast off an opportunity to teach our children to value their possessions. And also helps in to keep their house clean. In this way child learns how to value and take care of what we have is a big part of appreciating all that we've been blessed with.

Moreover, when our children value their own belongings, it helps them to understand to respect of other children and their belongings. Thus, being intentional about teaching responsibility facilitates an overall atmosphere of respect for self that extends to respect for others. Ability to help some task around the house teaches our child some sense to help and respect our older people.

To conclude, in this way child will not see house hold task as a work but as they get older they will learn that it is a part of life. This practice helps children to begin to do their all task responsibly in their life. By Teaching a child to do chores is a gift that parents give their children. Tasks are opportunities for the child to learn the skills of living. It is about teaching children that they can do for others, cooperate, and their life gets better and happier.
