All alone with only her cat,
She has no friend who'll call and chat.
Yet all day long she sits alone,
No-one to write, no-one to phone.
She was a mother,was a wife,
Shared with them, their woes and strife,
Shared with them their laughs and tears,
Nursed them through their ills and fears.
But now they've gone, she's all alone,
No-one to write, no need of a phone.
The Internet's no use to her,
Too old to learn, too old to care.
She prays to God, her life to end,
For what is life, without a friend?

Kitos.

Bored again!

I might jot down something as well. The muse has to emerge from the deep, though. :)

Hi Kitos !!!Hi everybody!!!
Hope you all doing well :)
Kitos, what I need now is just 2 days in silence, without telephone calls, friends, and noisy voices :)))
I'm working at 2 places at the same time as my previous boss didn't let me to leave the company :( And now I have to find somebody who will take my duties. He told me it was unfair to leave and I know I broke his heart and he's not talking to me, and if talks it's very formal :))))) I like my new job, new coworkers as everything is precise and regulated. I know I won’t hear someone snoring behind me while I'm working very hard. One more thing, at the new work place there is an internal auditor who takes his notes regarding everything!!

Good morning and welcome back Phoebe. It seems your old boss appreciated you quite a lot.

More fool him for not having the insight to see you were unhappy there.
I feel it is so spiteful of him to deny you your freedom, and probable advancement.

What can he do if you don't go back there, after all, it's very demanding to have to do two jobs?
