The topic under discussion is about qualities of good supervisor or boss.
In my opinion a good supervisor should have the following qualities

1.Commandability
2.Affability.
3.Charisma.
4.Audacity.
5.Responsibilty.
In the following paragraphs I will explain how the above qualities are important to be a good supervisor.

First quality is commandability.A person who is supervising should have command over the people.Here command is not in literal sense but people should follow him/her.With out this supervisor will loose control over the people and hence won't be able to manage things.Second quality is affability.This one is quite opposite of the first one.This is also required because one cannot balance things on one wheel.
A good supervisor should be friendly and allow the workers to express their views,to take decisions as and when required.

Another quaility that is quiteessential for a boss is charisma.In fact this will be added advantage over others because every one won't be having same charm.If a boss is beautiful/charismatic,workers tend to follow him irrespective of their opinion.Other important quality is auadacity.This is required for taking calculated risks at times.If a person who is leading a team is not bold then whole team will take back step which is not all fostered in this competitive world.

Responsibiliy is also important quality for good supervising.This is because if the person who is leading won't take responsibilty then he will loose confidence among customers.A good boss should put himself in the front in case of failure to tackle challenges.On the other hand in case of sucess he should put whole team in front to savour success.
