Dear friends,
I would like to ask you if the use of along and others is correct in the following sentence:
The approach adopted along this paper can be generalized to cases others than the quarterly one.
Thank you in advance

I'm afraid both are wrong, although more context would be helpful. What exactly are we talking about? I'd change "along" to "in", and "cases others" to "other cases". I am not very happy with "generalized to", either; depending on what you want to say, perhaps "generalized and applied to" will do.
