Which sentence is correct?
I met a lot of people who I may in stay in contact with or
I met a lot of people with whom I may stay in contact with

Neither one is correct. You could say:
- I met a lot of people who I may stay in contact with (modern, a bit colloquial for written language).
- I met many people whom I may stay in contact with (a bit more formal; you might even leave out "people").
