hi I am from Jakarta also, there are a few different places to study TOEFL in Jakarta.
Direct English has a program, they are located in Sudirman, Jakarta's central business district, but they are a bit expensive.
The place my friends and I studied was English Today. My 3 friends and I had a very good TOEFL teacher come to our house and teach us.
