How to publish articles and essays online? Thu Apr 29, 2004 10:17 am  How to publish articles and essays online?

Have you got something you want to say?
Then why not share it with the world? You can write an article or an essay on the topic of your choice and get it published for free on the internet.

What are my benefits?
Well, if you have a website meeting certain standards then you can place a link to it from your article and you will get new visitors. Here is an example:

http://www.english-test.net/articles/14/index.html

In case you don't have your own website yet you might even be more interested in submitting an article or an essay because your name will appear as the author and people will find you through Google. Just type in the name «Raymond Romanos» to see what how it works.

What can I write about?
Any topic that is somehow related to language, learning techniques or cultural experiences. Here are some suggestions:

    «Learning English vs Teaching English»
«How the English language has been changed by the internet»
«Variations of spoken English and how they influence each other»
«How to prepare for English language examinations»
«English as a second language vs English as a foreign language»
    «English as a means of international communication»
«The impact of the recent EU enlargement on the English language»

Please, submit your article or essay via email so that we can review it. We will get back to you before we publish any of your materials.

Hi Kat,

What counts is the content, and it follows, the value of your article.

Hi ALL,

I'd like to share an article to you, hope it can be helped for you.... Laughing

Sand and Stone

A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face. The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE."

They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one, who had been slapped, got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After the friend recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE."

The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, "After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?"

The other friend replied: "When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it."

LEARN TO WRITE YOUR HURTS IN THE SAND, AND TO CARVE YOUR BENEFITS IN STONE.

hey there Mon May 07, 2007 15:16 pm  hey there

I'm a 16 year old from SEA, South East Asia. I'm crazy with English and i recently wrote some essays and articles. I also decided to write a novel which was based on a game called BattleField 2142, hopefully i can publish it by the time i'm 18. Pretty amusing to see a 16 year old from a non-western country doing something like this huh? Anyway, i want to ask you guys to give me some suggestion on what path i should choose when i'm out of school. I though of becoming a writer but i wonder if that's a right choice.
