Can we say "Have you a car?" or the only right answer is "Do you have a car?" "No,I haven't" or "No,I don't have?"

"Do you have a car?" is much more natural sounding in American Engilsh, but everybody will understand the other. "Have you a car?" is more formal, and more British sounding.
You should NOT say "No, I don't have" it needs to have a final ending such as: "No, I don't have one" or "No, I don't have a car."

hi there tamta. the answer given to your question by Erik is correct. But if you are a big fan of American movies, you hear expressions with the same meaning of " do have a car?" for example Americans say "You gotta a car?" same answer with "yes, I do" or "I dont"
