IELTS Writing Skills - 4

Hi

I am giving the IELTS exam in the second week of December this year. I have decided to do self study for the exam. I am hoping if someone can provide any feedback on my writing skills and give me some advise to improve my writing skills and also some advise to avoid any grammatical errors.

I will be submitting few letters every week and I hope everyone will be OK with this

Dear Sir,

I would like to express my concern with regard to a constant noise coming from your restaurant. It is such a loud noise, we can hardly sleep in the night. It seems noise is coming from restaurant's kitchen area. I suspect noise is coming from old machinery.
Even though I have closed all doors and windows of my house, noise is still not reduced. Noise is even coming in the day time as well.

Can you please take some an appropriate action to reduce the noise levels? I suggest you should install sound proof mirrors on all doors and windows. This will definitely reduce some noise. Moreover, you should repair the machinery in the kitchen area.

I hope you would take this matter seriously and problem will be rectified soon. I have not reported to local council yet, but if noise will not be reduced in the coming days, I have no option left other than reporting to local council.
