Englishclub:
We do not normally use "the" for shops, banks, hotels etc named after a founder or other person (with -'s or -s). For example:

shops: Harrods, Marks & Spencer, Maceys
banks: Barclays Bank
hotels, restaurants: Steve's Hotel, Joe's Cafe, McDonalds
churches, cathedrals: St John's Church, St Peter's Cathedral

=====

It says we should'nt use "the" on those names that is after a founder or other person. So on anything else we should add "the"?

Like:
"I just stay on the Silent Hotel last night" (correct?)
"I just bought this toy to the Kid's Shop yesterday" (correct?)

There are some exceptions to this "rule". In American usage it would be normal to use "the" with some things. I would agree with most of the examples above, but saying "I'm going to the McDonalds, does anybody want anything?" would be a common usage.

In you examples, it would be correct to say "I just stayed at the Silent Hotel last night" and "I just bought this toy at the Kid's Shop last night."
