In English:
Tuba= a large metal musical instrument that consists of a curved tube with a wide opening that points straight up. It produces sounds when you blow into it.
But it might be a simple user-name that is chosen by her. Tuba- herself knows that.

Tuba is a Turkish name and it means that "the tree in heaven" in Turkish

and as the said Richard_Jack, it is a name of music instrument in English

Whatever it means, my name is Tuba ;)
