Put the prepositions where necessary:

...... what languages do you speak ...... classes?

Which prepositions should I put? Is this correct: What languages do you speak after classes? or At what languages do you speak after classes?

would you suggest something else?

I suppose that what is intended is 'in what languages', though a native speaker would use no preposition. For the second blank, you could use 'before', 'during', 'in', 'after', 'for' or 'outside' (and maybe more).
