Hi,
I would say: I haven't any keys or I haven't got any keys or I don't have any keys. The use of 'got' strengthens the idea of possession.

Hello
Thank you for your messages!! So we can conclude that boths options are correct, and that GOT is only used to strengthens the possesion.
It isn't possible to translate " got " in french?
