Maria, the first requirement is to download Java, and install it on your computer.
Then you need an headset with an integral microphone.
After that it is childs-play to both record and listen.

Now the penny dropped! No one have told me about that before. I just have an ordinary microphone and I could just record static :-) I don't have a headset. I have downloaded Java before trying to record something. /Maria |

Hi Michal,
Thanks for giving some good advice on using the recording device. I am not at all technically gifted and seem to find the whole process perfectly easy. You say you are an English student - all I can say is that you have studied well because your English comes across as excellent.
Best wishes,

Hi Michal,
I just wanted to take a minute and say hello to you. This is Tom Kane writing from the United States. WOW - you really have mastered the English language. Where did you learn to speak so well?
